yes VTN mod have their own particle effects for their flares
which is what makes it more visible during the day
i made some slight tweaks but i doubt its gonna change anything, will need new particle effects like they did

kerckasha closed T2082: Grenade bounce as Wontfix.

Don't think this can be fixed - it's an engine issue, I investigated this a fair bit a few months ago and our settings are identical to A3s, grenade bounciness is set up in the physx settings which can be adjusted but effects all grenades - i tried adjusting it but all changes seemed to just make the whole experience worse either by making them more bouncey or act in other strange ways. This is something that will probably never be resolved without BI intervention

this is kinda on purpose as players arent supposed to be using the magazines, ill put in a thing that sets the reloadtime to 1 when a new 'magazine' is loaded
