Basically Arma engine doesnt allow configuration/flexibility here.

Few reasons:

  1. I don't like them;
  2. Round corners doesn't fits into design of Arma3;
  3. Round corners doesn't fits into design of other mods, used together with IFA3;

But I do remember: my concerns are unnecessary here. So, I assume the answer will be no.
